Cardif is the insurance part of one of the biggest financial service providers of the world; the French BNP Paribas Group. Cardif provides insurences for millions of consumers in 41 different countries all over the world.

In The Netherlands, Cardif is the market leader for payment security and are they specialized in the risks around living, income and life.

Cardif is currently developing an insurance product that focuses on the financial freedom of women who were struck by a serious disease. Cardif thought it was of the utmost importance that this products would fit the exact needs of the this particular group. Therefore they wanted to hear the true experiences, opinions and ideas of these women.

The guys at Groowup asked Pit to develop an interactive questionnaire with the goal to create an easy accessible website to make sure that Cardif got as much information from their audience as possible.

The questionnaire consists of 6 simple questions supported by a clear interface, smooth animations and a fitting design. The user will click right through it!

The interface in its simplicity contributed a lot to the large amount of completed questionnaires and high conversion rates.
